At BuyandUse.Store, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. If something isn’t right with your order, our return and replacement policy ensures a fair and smooth resolution process.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in brand-new condition.

Items must not show any signs of use, wear, or modification.

All original packaging, tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be included.

The product must be returned in its original, undamaged box.

If delivered in an outer packaging. It must be returned with that layer intact and the return label attached.

Do not apply tape or stickers directly to the product’s branded box.

Clearly mention your order number and return tracking number on the package to avoid processing delays.

πŸ”„ Return & Replacement Scenarios
1️⃣ Wrong Product Received
If we sent you the wrong item:

Please return the incorrect item to our warehouse.

Once received and verified, we’ll dispatch the correct product or issue a refund within 7 business days.

Conditions:

The returned product must be unused and sealed in its original packaging.

All receipts, tags, manuals, and included accessories must be returned along with the item.

2️⃣ Damaged Product Received
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

You must record a video while unboxing the package, showing the condition of the item as it was delivered.

This video is mandatory to process a refund or replacement.

Claims without valid unboxing video proof will not be accepted.

In the case of mobile phones or smart devices, any performance issues will be assessed and resolved by our Aftersales Department.

Important: Do not accept delivery if the package seal is broken or appears tampered with.

❌ Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or replaced if opened:

Earbuds (including AirPods and similar)

Screen protectors or items with seal broken

Charging cables or accessories that have been used or installed
